Terms of Use
Effective July 22, 2026 • Draft for legal review
The questionnaire is currently a demonstration and does not save, send, or share information. Do not rely on a demonstration submission as a request for insurance information.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of peaceplanleads.com and related pages operated by Peace Plan Leads. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Our role
Peace Plan Leads is an independent lead-generation and referral service—not an insurance company, insurance agency, insurance producer, broker, or adviser. We do not issue policies, bind coverage, quote final premiums, make underwriting decisions, process claims, or provide insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice.
3. California service
The initial service is intended for California residents and referrals to participating professionals appropriately licensed in California. Availability may vary by location, age, insurer, and other factors. Other states may be added only after the website and these Terms are updated.
4. No guarantee or obligation
Submitting a request does not create insurance coverage, an insurance application, an agency relationship, or an obligation to purchase. We do not guarantee that a professional will contact you or that any insurer will offer coverage. Coverage, eligibility, premiums, benefits, waiting periods, exclusions, and claims decisions are determined by the insurer and applicable policy.
5. Contact consent
When active lead collection begins, the website will ask for specific consent before a referral. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Communications are subject to the consent language shown at submission, and you may request that communications stop. Do not submit another person’s contact information unless you have authority and permission to do so.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the website only for lawful personal or legitimate business purposes, and avoid interfering with its operation. You must be at least 18 years old. The consumer information-request experience is intended for adults age 30 and older or adult family members seeking general information.
7. Educational content
Website content is general information and may not reflect every insurer, policy, price, or current law. Funeral-cost figures are estimates from identified sources and actual expenses vary. Consult a licensed insurance professional and review official policy documents before making a decision.
8. Third parties
Participating insurance professionals and external websites are independent third parties. Their services, statements, privacy practices, licensing, and conduct are their own responsibility. A referral does not constitute our endorsement of a specific product or guarantee of a professional’s performance.
9. Website availability and disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or a particular outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peace Plan Leads will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, a referral, or a third party’s acts. This provision does not exclude liability that California law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Governing law and changes
California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies. We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above will identify the current version.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@peaceplanleads.com.
These starter Terms should be reviewed by a qualified California attorney before real lead collection or paid lead distribution begins.
