Peace Plan Leads, operating the Plan Ahead Funeral & Burial Coverage website, is an independent lead-generation and referral service currently serving California. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, or insurance adviser. Contact us at contact@peaceplanleads.com.

We may collect identifiers and contact information such as name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code, and state; request details such as age range, tobacco-use response, desired coverage amount, who coverage is for, preferred contact method, and best contact time; consent records; and ordinary website activity such as device, browser, referral source, and interaction information.

3. Why we use information

We may use information to respond to requests, confirm consent, connect a consumer with an appropriate participating California-licensed insurance professional, operate and secure the service, prevent fraud, keep required records, analyze service performance, and comply with law.

4. When information may be disclosed

After clear consent, request information may be disclosed to a participating insurance professional licensed in California so that professional can respond. We may also disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure, communicate, and operate the website; to professional advisers; or when required by law. We will not represent that information remains private from a participating professional after a consumer agrees to the referral.

5. Sale or sharing for targeted advertising

Peace Plan Leads does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. A consent-based referral to a participating professional is described above. Before changing these practices, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choice.

6. California privacy rights

Depending on whether California law applies to Peace Plan Leads at the relevant time, California residents may have rights to know, access, delete, and correct personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service without retaliation for exercising privacy rights.
